Some of the marketing and professional skills that I strive for are:
Striving for Perfection: This is something I've always strived for. Even though you can't always make everything perfect, I make it my personal goal to get as close to perfect as I possibly can.
Communication: This is one of my strongest strengths. I always strive to have a well-functioning team that can work together extremely well and work off of each other's weaknesses.
Analytical Skills: Finally, my last biggest strength is my analytical skills. I'm someone who always works from past experiences, may those be failures of success, to improve myself in the future to make sure that it will be more successful than anything else.
About me
Some things that make me unique are that I'm the manager of a restaurant, which is rare for the age I am, which is twenty-one. Another thing I would say that makes me unique is my cooking skills. I have been cooking for work for nearly 6 years, which gave me a lot of experience in cooking. Finally, the last thing that makes me unique is my drive to start my own catering business. I have always had a drive to start my own business, and that would be catering since I already have so much experience in it.
So just a quick summary of a life experience that had an impact on me is my first time being in the manager role. I personally was nervous to get into this role because everyone who worked under me was a lot older than me and also had a lot more experience than me. But after a week in this role, it truly showed me my drive and ambition that I have to be in a leadership role. I was willing to step up more and outwork every single one of the employees who were under me. This showed me that I have a drive to do better than others and be the best that I can be, which is why I was trusted to be the manager at this restaurant
Some fun facts about me: my favorite TV show is Dexter. I just like the idea of Dexter, and it's extremely entertaining. Also, I want to end off with one of my favorite quotes. It's from David Goggins; he says, "I don't stop when I'm tired; I stop when I'm done."
